        We were back at Nomination in Meadowhall today as I wanted to buy a link for my friend as a Christmas gift. The lady who served us was a different one this time. She was very helpful & friendly. Served us straight away & didn't have to wait. Customer service has been good for the second time. Would highly recommend.

        Cant even get to ring them to see if theyve got what I want for Friday ... Funny feeling Ill have a wasted trip to meadowhall !! Prices way too high , NOT a patch on Pandora & their service is outstanding. Unprofessional business !

        Very rude staff, asked for price on a charm got no response other then a finger point. Staff need training on customer service.

        I visited with my daughter and you staff are very rode and un professional with they services. We said how the staff made it so easy to change a link. The lady was so rude with her answer. If the charm was for my self and not my daughter I would of walked away.
