Small portions for the prices, were told at 7pm there were no pizzas left for the night only to see other tables then be served pizzas later on. Paid correct price for the bill without the service charge then the waiter came back to ask if we were not paying the service charge.

A lovely warm welcome as we entered Casanovas to try their lunch menu, on Saturday.Casanova is a new Restaurant, Wine and Cocktail Bar, that is situated in Crookes. Chilled location, that is well decorated and has plenty of seating. : 2 COURSE SET MENU (14.85) STARTERS - Bruschetta classica - 3 of Altamura bread with pachino tomatoes, garlic, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, fresh rocket and sweet basil. - Polpette al sugo - Grandma's classic recipe of meatballs with rich tomato sauce! That toddler really loved! MAINS - Pizza capricciosa, was topped with mozzarella cheese, Italian baked ham, mushrooms, artichoke and tomato! A thin crust pizza with a generous amount of toppings! - I loveeee a Spaghetti Carbonara, it was really good. Creamy and a good balance of spaghetti to pancetta ratio (my recommendation).
