        There was a minor issue with receiving my router as I wasnt in when it was delivered and I couldnt locate it in my flat complex. It was redelivered, however, and the customer service I received while navigating this issue was fantastic.

        So far the service from pine media has been excellent. Came out personally to deliver the router when the courier hadn't collected by then. Have answered their phone lines very promptly and have been very helpful once on the call. This is how it should be done. ALL OTHER SUPPLIERS SHOULD TAKE NOTE. I sincerely hope this level of service remains throughout. Long may it continue
