I remember when I first started here and the narrative was that they are a 'family'. Looking back now, this is a sign of a toxic workplace. It is a way to make staff feel bad about saying no to not working overtime for free (which is what they expect). It is also a very stuck up place to work. If you are from the right background then you will get on here. Also, they like yes people. They don't like people who question things.
