Two months and counting since I claimed for my broken phone and they said they were sending me a new one. Two months and nothing but excuse after excuse. I think they just want to delay and stall me until I give up so they don't have to pay out. Absolute joke.

Terrible service and completely pointless, Poorly detailed claims process, 2 days for them to process the claim, 50 excess then 7 days to carry out the repair. The money I have spent on the policy over 2 years + the 50 excess would be sufficient to cover the repair. I am more disappointed with the time they have quoted to turnaround the repair and the policy is not what I expected.
