        I wish I could give a score of zero. Not helpful. Rude staff. Unfortunately, they just want to grab your money and offer no service. Would never recommend them.

        Trust pilot 'I contacted Spectrum Insurance Services' to report engine management light on my car and failure of rear lights' I was advised they did not have any means to inspect the car therefore I should get this resolved privately and if its covered under warranty I will be refunded'. After almost 2 months when I finally managed to get the car fixed by Audi costing me 519 Spectrum refusing refund and offering only 183. They are contradicting themselves. First they said they didn't have a chance to inspect the vehicle then they said I should've get the car stripped and then contacted them to inspect? This is really a joke! As a customer how would I know their processes and neither I own a garage to strip the car for them to inspect?

        Pair for the part but not the diagnostic. Was only a small job but ended up paying out my own pocket. Would hate to think of an expensive job. Wish i read the reviews first before taking out the policy
