The lads that your work with are top notch, just a shame about the manager (think he's called Mark) who's absolutely terrible and has a terrible manner and attitude with the younger workers. I remember working there and I was trying to get past him with a pallet truck and I did say excuse me twice and don't know if he was ignoring or just didn't hear me so I thought I'll try and squeeze past as I thought I might be able to get past and I accidentally caught his foot and he was going on about how I tried ramming him with the pallet truck so I apologised for catching and started to walk away as I thought the conversation had finished and he grabbed hold of my shoulder and pulled me backwards (wish i'd complained at the time for him putting his hands on me) then started yelling at me just saying are you listening two or three times and trying to embarrass me infront of all the other lads on the shop floor so I said to him are you listening to me? As I explained to him I tried saying excuse me and I had apologised but it was obviously in his agenda to degrade/embarrass me infront of everyone.
