Feel Good Therapy

I have just finished a 4 week hypno slimmer course with Gina. It was amazing!! Gina has totally helped me to relax and love myself again, I have got rid of a load of baggage that I didn't even realise I was holding on to. This has completely changed my relationship with food I am so greatful to Gina I wish I could of met her years ago, I am now dropping the pounds nicely without the pressure of the dreaded 'diet'. I was having sessions with Gina for over a year and I dont think I could have gotten to where I am now, mentally, without her. Just her presence and the entire environment of the building is so calming. As someone who had previously struggled to feel comfortable around therapists and connect with them, I utterly did with Gina and I felt so free to completely open up to her. Best well-being support out there.

Gina is amazing she makes you feel very welcome calm and relaxed, I originally came to gina for learning difficulties but I found out I had much deeper problems I needed to deal with first, depression, stress, anxiety and I had been in a very dark place in my life for very long time. Gina helped me get my mind out of that dark place, now my mind is in a very much happier joyful loving place now all thanks to gina.
