Booked four sessions over a one week period to help cure a fear of flying. One introductory session was followed by two back-to-back, before a final session a day later. I received two tapes afterwards, which I am able to use before and during flights. I flew three days after my final session and noticed a considerable difference. Though not perfect, I felt significantly more comfortable throughout the duration of the flight. The breathing and calming exercises I learned were especially helpful. I also feel more confident about future flights, which I put down to the treatment I received. I firmly believe I will continue to improve with the help of the tapes I received. Sam was exceptionally nice, helpful and professional. He was very easy to talk to and very understanding. I would happily recommend him to anyone considering treatment.

Had a 6 sessions with Sam for anxiety related to IBS. There was a slow improvement over the first 2 sessions and then nothing much more until 5 and 6 sessions when I felt a decided improvement. The effect lasted a few weeks and then I seemed to regress so I put the effect down to the Thorne Effect (i.e. Experiments conducted on factory production showed that what ever was done to change the working environment in the factory improved production for a short time before reverting back) and rationalised that by doing something about my situation had caused a short term improvment. However, after getting on with my life and accepting the condition but still using the triggers of NLP shown to me by Sam on the occasions when I felt out of control, I suddenly realised that my symptons had improved without me being aware of it. As my symptons were intermitent and not there all the time it took me a while to realise that the symptom free periods were getting longer and the episodes less frequent and easier to control and I have become a more relaxed person as a result. I found Sam easy to relate to and the consultation room relaxing, if a little on the small side. My advice would be to go with a positive attitude, stick with the process, don't expect a miracle cure in the early days and f it works for you it can change your life to the better.
