Stay well clear of this company absolute shambles. They will take money for from your account without getting in contact properly and confirming wether you want to continue or not. Edit... A quick search of your database with my name will give you all the information you need if your answer is genuine seeing as you charged me for a whole year when I didn't want the services anymore all my details will be on record. I'm guessing this is a generic reply though and I don't hold my breathe on hearing back

HS Direct took money from my account without my permission! Once they had renewed my membership without my permission I called them within 1 day, the woman I spoke to was very unhelpful and told me there was nothing she could do. As you can see from previous reviews this is not an isolated incident!

Bought a method statement from these, all good. Until, the day after and every day since I get a phone call off someone called Eddie trying to sell me More. Do not buy from these unless youre lonely and fancy speaking to Ed in a daily basis. Eddie if your reading this, please stop with the calls its getting tedious.

Been using HS Direct for the past few years for our health and safety.I can't begin to stress how helpful the guys at HS direct have been to us. It doesn't matter what time of the day, how complex the issue. Their team is always willing to go above and beyond. Something I don't say too easily! Charlotte in particular is my primary contact who is nothing short of brilliant backed by her back office team which I can honestly are just gold!The willingness to and knowledge of the team makes them a perfect fit for your safety needs. I love HS Direct, thank you guys!
