Excellent service, very reasonably priced and couldnt do enough to help. We were really impressed with the companies honesty around the valuation of some items. They even gave the house a vacuum and clean up afterwards. I wish we had used their service before putting the house on the market I think it would have helped with the sale

Shaun recently helped with a house clearance for a deceased relative and he and his team did an amazing job. The job was made even more difficult as I am 5000 miles away in a different time zone and Shaun sorted everything for us. He was always available to talk to and went over and above speaking with landlords and others on our behalf. Highly recommend you speak with Shaun.

I can highly recommend this service. Shaun and team turned up on time and cleared everything from the bungalow. They also left the items that I specified. Everything was done quickly, efficiently and to a high standard and I'm really pleased with the work. They cleaned up afterwards too. Shaun and team are helpful and courteous. It's such a relief that the house is now clear, it's one less stress for me.

Contacted Shaun's House Clearance regarding a part clearance of my mother's home. Spoke to Shaun who went through the whole procedure step by step so I knew exactly what was required and actions that would be taken. An appointment was made to suit all parties. Shaun and Bradley arrived on time on the date of the appointment. All relevant items were removed quickly and professionally. It was good dealing with Shaun and Bradley who both have a pleasant attitude and we're easy to deal with. For anyone looking at any type of clearance whether large or small give Shaun and his team a ring for an excellent service.
