Stayed in a superior room, lovely & clean decent size, was shocked they actually had an iron & ironing board, whitch came in handy. Found it hard to work out how to manage the heating system, as it was a little cold, but manage it in the end. Room was very nice. My only grumble was that on arrival, the receptionist wasn't very welcoming , but on leaving another receptionist was very helpful, also paid extra to stop later, was phoned & told check out was at 11.00 , so explained that id paid extra for a later check out. I dont understand why that information wasn't in front of the receptionist on my checking in details. Apart from that enjoyed my stay & whould recommended

Breakfast was cold. Breeze blowing through window even when shut. Bought steak for evening meal it was full of grizzle and cost 28 with a pint. Food & drinks: Food and drinks very expensive and poor quality.
