        First time staying at this Hotel and definitely the last, the girl on reception need's to be trained in customer service because from the moment I walked in the door she was rude and very very unprofessional. It was the worst service I have received anywhere around the country and I stay in a lot of hotels. The only plus about the hotel was the male member of staff maybe the manager that sorted my problems out.
