Absolutely not accessible and they don't care. Even a complaint doesn't get a response.

I was referred to this place when I was feeling very depressed & suicidal! The staff that dealt with me were quite sympathetic as well as helpful!

I have complex needs one ow which is major depression - had very little help - Apparently something only happens when something major happens. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to realise the false economy in letting things escalate to crisis point instead to effective, early intervention.
