Went in because Ive been struggling w my mental health for 4-5years and was speaking to a student for 45mins and then the doctor comes in at the end saying stuff i hadnt even said and very clueless since he hadnt been in the room and basically dismissed everything i said and talked down to me and just said it sounded like adhd when it was the first appointment and he hadnt even been there.

Amazing service from this place!! Me and my dad recently joined and they have gone above and beyond for both of us! Doctors are so understanding and the receptionists are professional

Trying to get hold.of them because they never got back to me on askmygp just keeps playing the automated system over and over again happens all the time

There must be a change in staff. As in early October my husband died suddenly in NGH. And the staff I spoke to at the surgery where most apathetic and uncaring whereas previously whereas they were most caring and kind. I would have reported it to Dr Heatley the senior partner. I have been with the practice since 2009 and very satisfied with the care both my husband and I received from the surgery.
