        You might have a bit of a wait, but the treatment was first class when I got to the front of the queue. Ben sorted out my finger and ribs with reassurance and humour. The x-ray lady was nice, too.

        Janice Gosling Attended the minor injuries department on Saturday 29th October with a broken wrist. Excellent service, short wait, all staff very friendly, helpful and kind. Wrist xrayed, put in plaster and immediately referred to virtual fracture clinic at Northern General for a follow up appointment. Very efficient, great communication from Northern General Hospital by letter, phone call and Pathways App for my next appointment tomorrow. Really appreciate the caring service. Janice Gosling

        First visit was a 3hr wait so I left. 2nd visit today everybody got told to leave if and walk 20min to a another walk in clinic. Awful service.
