After 10 years at this surgery I am glad I have left the area. poor service consistently and dealing with the doctor was like a game of Russian roulette, never knowing which barrel you would get. The nurses deal with far too much that a doctor should have ownership of. The practice manager is totally ineffective. Opinion is a personal matter, but my comments are based on personal experience which I am happy to back up to anyone!! Going to the doctors is not something any of us actually want to do! It should never have been this difficult and unpleasant!

Visited recently, and the only complaint I have is it was like walking into a badly run nursery I understand that young children get bored but come on mother's keep them under control. My sympathy goes to the lovely lady on reception who must have it daily.( 2 paracetamol and a glass of water might help). Cannot fault the overworked nurse or doctors at this practice, always helpful.

Would not recommend, very slow at opening as they open at 8:30 but yet the doctor doesn't get there till about 9!!

I have been registered with the Bellows Road surgery for well over thirty years now and found every single member of staff to be easy to talk with, helpful, sociable and friendly throughout every aspect of any of enquiries enquiries that I've had within that time. Experience with this surgery has led me to have the greatest confidence in both the medical and the clerical team of this practice.
