If I could give zero stars I would. I have not been able to work for months due to an IGRA blood test that I supposedly needed, as in the last 5 years I had visited a "high-risk" country. I have called them non-stop since July, but was told there was a backlog and I would just have to wait for my blood test. After finally getting an appointment (this month!), I was told only when I got there that I wouldn't be having an IGRA blood test, but a general one. I was then booked in two weeks later for my IGRA blood test, to only be told by the doctor that I only needed this test if I had travelled to a high-risk country in the last year, not 5 years. I have now had my NHSP account deactivated, as it has been months since my registration and my occupational health assessment has not been cleared. I will now have to re-apply. Optima health are time wasters, incompetent and unresponsive, and I will be taking this further.
