Superdrug

Went about 11.30am Friday, got my few bits, vitamin C, Bath Salts and Sudafed, went to the (unattended) checkout and waited, woman at make up counter checkout had a till problem, another shop assistant came to help her,, She'll come and serce at the main checkot i thought when ahe sorted that,, nope, i still waited,, then decided to leave, i left the three items on top of the kitchen rolls at the checkout area, on my way out two ahop assistants were just stood basically doing nothing of note. Went to Morrison's and got the same items,, obviously Superdrug doesn't value it's customers or is it a case of poor quality staff, maybe they'll let us know but i won't be going again.

I went to Super drug at park gate today, and I was a bit taken aback regarding the woman who served me. She was okish, I was about to say how cold outside it was, by her mannerisms, I stopped myself. Now I love superdrug, always say 10 out of 10 to their staff not today. Maybe the woman has personal problems and just wanted to serve. In jobs were public are face to face, you have to be a people person, unfortunately some aren't. She wont stop me going in the shop again, if she is there I will know not to make conversation.

Went to get a few items went to the till to pay (I was the first customer there) . There were loads of staff members on the shop floor. They jus stared at me. I put the items back and walked out. Absolutely disgusting customer service . Ill never go back

Went in to get some razors for hubby they were on offer so it was worth it. Sells toiletries, hair dyes, makeup, cosmetics etc. Has a place at back of the shop where you can get beauty treatments don't think I'd feel comfortable having something done while shoppers walking past but thats just me. Store nice and clean and one of the girls was very helpful when we wanted her help
