The staff are lovely but its about the satisfaction of the service and how good it is. My visit cost me 48 for highlights and not one person I met up with on that night new I'd had my hair done, my husband didn't even comment. Everyone said it looked no different, which I agreed with. After drying my hair I couldnt see any difference in the colour, other than the one I went in with..... Disappointed but it wont put me off, I'll move on and try elsewhere Service: Hair coloring
