I was super anxious to have my hair restyled as I was going for a completely different look. Prior to my appointment I was asked to send in photos and an idea of what I wanted so Holly, my senior stylist was able to have a look and get an understanding of what I was expecting. Communication was fantastic from confirming my appointment a few days prior to actually speaking directly to the salon about my ideas. On arrival you have to pay for parking if your stay exceeds 1 hour which is only a 1. I signed in my car at reception and Holly greeted me. Holly was more than accommodating and took my coat and asked me if I would like a coffee, which was lovely. A young girl brought my coffee with a cookie which is a nice touch, not many if any salons do this now. Nothing was too much for Holly and she asked me throughout if I needed another drink or break to have my coffee. Holly spoke to me for around 10-15 minutes about my restyle and she took me through each step. I was really thankful for this as I like knowing the whole process. Holly gave me honest feedback and we agreed on a style together. Holly took me over to where she washed my hair and was very attentive. The products used are top quality. After this holly took me back to the styling chair and continued with the cut, again speaking me through the steps which made me feel at ease. The whole style was coming together and I was more than satisfied with the outcome it looked amazing. I dont usually trust many stylists as I dont often think they listen enough to what the client (me) wants and I have been left slightly disappointed in some cases but this definitely wasnt the case with Holly. After my appointment I asked Holly what products she used on my hair and she sent me a email with a breakdown of how and what she used and also included images. Holly also sent this to my Instagram as I had messaged Holly on this too. The whole experience and aftercare is faultless. The salon is very girly and definitely takes the stress away for a few hours whilst youre there. I will definitely return and book in with Holly as she is 10/10. Service: Hairstyling

Zoe has been doing my facials for over two years and I wont let anyone else touch my face, Im so happy I found her! My skin has changed so much since first seeing Zoe. Shes so knowledgeable and I always get compliments on my skin. I love the glow I get after a facial with Zoe.

Zoe is a dream aesthetician and has been working magic on my skin for a few years. So careful, so precise and detailed, so knowledgeable, I wouldnt trust anyone else to go near my face! Recommend all of her treatments to everyone!!

This place has gone downhill loads!! The place looks less glam, no products to buy compared to before. The buzz of this place is no longer there. I used to go here a few years ago regular but now I after today, I wouldnt go again. The hair cut was good but my curls dropped after an hour where normally they dont until three days. Must be new owners, Ill be finding either Heather or Tina to see where they have gone Service: Hairstyling
