Highly recommend you NOT to use this salon. I attended my bridal hair trial which I had booked 7 months prior. Upon arrival, I was told she had double booked. So midway through my appointment she also cut someones hair and then also set someones perm. The hair style I asked for was nothing like I received. She used no products and didnt spend time trying to achieve the style. When I asked about this later, she said they dont use products for trials (how are you supposed to know how its going to feel and last on the day without having it done exactly how you would on the day) My hair took roughly 20 minutes for a bridal up do! She barely said a word to me whilst I was there which made the whole experience uncomfortable. My hair fell out after 45 minutes. I messaged the girl who done my hair and explained that it havent lasted and I wasnt happy. Hollie ignored my message. 2 weeks later I messaged again asking for a refund of my deposit. Hollie told me that her manager would message me. I receive a message off the owner who was very rude from the start. Saying things such Im the sort of customer she hates and how Ive upset her staff. She uses the words slander like Im actually doing something wrong. She asked me if Im an angry person. Asking if Im that hard up that I need my money back. Upon starting the consumer rights legislation and asking for her terms and conditions. Lauren sent me quickly typed up, tiny terms and conditions, spelling mistakes and all. After going backwards and forwards for an hour plus. She agreed to issue me a refund. Safe to say I was blocked from messaging her and no refund was issued. I have since spoke to other hairdressers and salons who are shocked by the way I was treated. The respect this lady showed me is shocking. I told the lady I was going to write an honest review and she blocked me from her page so I cant write a review on their page. Avoid this salon and these girls.
