Until we rang last week to book them in and over heard a staff member talk derogatory about them in the background.
I'm sorry but whilst they have learning difficulties they are real people and paying customers who deserve to be treated with respect.
I am really disappointed in the treatment our service users received from your staff and what makes it worse when we explained why we no longer needed their services we didn't receive an apology.
In 2023 you'd think people would be more inclusive and not talk derogatory towards paying customers. Service: Hairstyling
