        I had highlights here and realised a few months later that they had broken some hair and not told me..... Spoke to one of the owners on the phone who asked me to go in so he could look. When I went in I was met by the other owner who was dismissive and unfriendly. He made me feel really uncomfortable and daft for caring that my hair had broken, as though it was my fault! Although eventually he said I could have a free service 'if I wanted', I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I wouldn't visit again, even for free.... I also wouldn't want them to touch my hair again! Service: Hair coloring
