Visited for the first time today, Mark did a fab job with my hair and had good chat. Also very good price wise - 20 for a wash, blow dry, and cut. Will definitely return.

From my bad experience at this salon I would not recommend it to anyone. Remember, when something's cheap, it's cheap for good reasons. There's lots of excellent salons in the Hillsborough area that deserve good customers, much, much, more than this outfit. I experienced a dirty salon, no towels used at all beggars belief! kitchen roll used instead, no heating, drain stench in salon, cash only, no cards accepted it goes on and on. The owner comes over as the 'Basil Faulty' of hair salons, rude with the down right wrong attitude to be a successful hairdresser. If you have a thick skin, don't mind being insulted and derided and then get asked to pay for the honour of it all, then you'll love it. But If, like me, you come from an area of England that believes in good customer service from intelligent thoughtful and kind people who genuinely want to take care of your crowning glory, then beware,all's not as it seems.I've learnt the hard way I've moved on before I lose anymore money in this shabby place.
