        I have met so many wonderful girls who are all enthusiastic members of Believe and Achieve. Claire Simonas and Hayley are great Task masters but fun with it. At other gyms I have Had no one to push me. But this ladies only gym never leaves you on your own. Great fun and fitness is had by all. x

        Claire's an absolute inspiration, whilst being as down to earth as they come. B&A taught me how to be happier, healthier, stronger and more confident. Cannot recommend highly enough x

        Well what can I say....am blown away with care, support and advice both Claire and her team provide. The gym sessions are fun and they fit in with my life style and routine. Cant thank you enough for finally finding something that not only works for me but I fully enjoy. Id recommend you to everyone, your that superb
