        This gym has changed my view of gyms! Friendly, small, with everything you need to get moving and feel good without the intimidating feel of a big chain gym!

        I very rarely leave Google reviews, but Ive now been going regularly to TFC for a few months and honestly, this place has changed my view of fitness and gyms for the better. Austin and his team really are incredible and they put so much energy into making you feel comfortable. I never feel silly for not knowing how to use a piece of equipment and theres always a staff member close by willing and able to help. The classes I attend - spin and gym weights - are both run by Austin, the owner and founder of TFC, and are fantastic. They are also part of the 21.50 membership so its a bargain. Cant recommend the gym or the team enough. Thanks so much guys for what you do!
