The staff are amazing and very friendly, the atmosphere of the gym is great and welcoming. Considering the size of the gym, the variety of equipment is good which allows alternative exercises to be performed if busy. I wouldnt recommend any other gym in the area!

It's a fairly good gym. Decent equipment, I don't do any of the classes so I can't comment on those . The staff that I've interacted with have always seemed friendly and knowledgeable. A couple of grumbles though - and this isn't necessarily the gym's fault - one of the reasons I stopped going to PureGym which is virtually next door to this place was because there were too many people just sat around taking up equipment and scrolling social media on their phones. Well this place is going the same way. Instagram wannabes who are more interested in posing than exercising. Personally I think they should ban mobile devices in gyms. There's no need for them. Put your phone down and train!!
