        Easily the best hour of my day. I was apprehensive about joining CrossFit but the team were so welcoming and supportive - Im so glad I did. The classes are well structured and lead by knowledgeable coaches. The programming is also very engaging and can be easily adapted to suit everyone. The gym attracts a great crowd and its always just great to be there. Since moving away from Sheffield I no longer train here but will always look for an excuse to drop in!

        The team here a fantastic, theyve introduced myself and my friends to CrossFit. The gym is very inclusive and every session is well structured , fun and challenging. Every coach is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Its a fantastic group of coaches and members, if youre lucky enough that a space comes to join you wont regret it!

        I have been away from CrossFit for about 4 years and was a bit nervous about returning. Everyone was very welcoming and the programming is very good. The class times work well for me in the mornings and the fact you have to book on means they are never too busy.
