        Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Gym is well maintained, equipment in good condition, although some of the spin bikes need upgrading

        All staff at the gym are very welcoming and always someone around to offer help especially when youve never been to a gym before! They have some amazing classes as well as equipment too!

        I love this gym, it motivates me all the time, especially using the myzone app (which we a have a friendly camaraderie amongst gym members). Staff and instructors are all lovely and approachable. Would recommend I-motion to anyone.
