Took my U13s football team for a 10 week block of S&C, one of the best things we have ever done, Michael was amazing with the boys, made in fun and interacting and I really noticed a difference in the lads overall fitness and strength, all the sessions were perfectly delivered and relevant to the players ages, we are returning for preseason sessions and the boys cant wait, thanks so much Michael , cheers, Chris - Young Owls U13

This is a great fitness space for people of all ages and abilities! It is not your average gym. Michael Crofts offers a variety of classes and sessions including HIIT, crossfit style training, OCR prep training and much more! Great group of people here and a lot of fun! This place has been going for over 8 years now and highly recommend it for varied and tailored exercise and fitness. Michael also offers group and solo personal training to suit your fitness goals. Access via Norman St. Or Amberley St. to the industrial estate.

Awesome gym using alternative training techniques. They offer a variety of classes and one to one sessions to suit your needs, including Crossfit, boxing, Tough Mudder/OCR Boot camps, to name a few. The gym has a friendly, inclusive environment where you train hard and have fun doing it. Everybody is really helpful and encouraging and will help you to improve and reach your fitness goals. If you're tempted, just come down and give it a try. You'll not regret it!!

Ever wondered how an independent gym measures to a run-of-the-mill gym? Below are the challenges I've set myself over the years that Michael Crofts has trained me to achieve... 5-years ago in 2017 I set out to train for Obstacle Course Race Tough Mudder (10-miles) 4-years ago in 2018 I trained for OCR Tough Mudder again and upped my game for OCR Rat Race Dirty Weekend (20-miles) 3-years ago in 2019 I had Rat Race Dirty Weekend (20-miles), Rat Race Runstock with my 5YO (6-miles), OCR Spartan Trifecta (3 disciplines covering 24-miles combined) all completed and I bought a Gravel Bike for a crazy 2020 challenge... 2-years ago in 2020 Covid hit; I trained virtually with Mick out of a garage, run a virtual Rat Race Dirty Weekend (20-miles + 45-miles cycle), cycled a virtual Rat Race Coast to Coast 80-miles and I bought a Mountain bike... 2021 arrives and I completed Rat Race Scottish Coast to Coast (105-miles both running and cycling) along with Mountain Biking at Bike Park Wales and a number of 20-40 mile rides around the UK. 2022 is an odd one with OCR Rat Race Dirty Weekend planned with my Fitnesszoo family, potential Mountain Bike Crossing and an unknown challenge I'm not sure about yet. I've said it before at Fitnesszoo its not what you bench, it's not the speed you run or the weight you push. Its about what is achieved collectively with the amazing people that train here under the watchful eye of Michael who is also probably the only person who would plan a Father and Son PT!
