Alison has given me the confidence to start this journey of refinding myself both physically and mentally. She works with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals.

        Started training with Amy at FITU over 6 months ago and she's been a game changer. Really listens to what you want to accomplish, supports your goals and also great for a chat! I've also had sessions with Hana and Alison and they're equally brill. If you're thinking about starting PT or attending a bootcamp, think no more and just sign up! It's worth it.

        I absolutely love FITU! Last summer I had hit rock bottom when it came to looking after my health and fitness. I needed help, support and motivation and FITU give it out by the bucket load! I'd never done a group class, but I signed up for bootcamps twice a week on an 'I can do anything' post PT session whim and now I'm hooked! Along with my PT sessions with Amy I am the fittest and strongest I've ever felt and I'm only at the start of my journey. I can't imagine going anywhere else, ever - I love the FITU family! x
