        Excellent gym that specialises in personal training and small group circuits there is also a dance studio with with lovely sprung wooden floor, PA and mirrors. Dance classes are available such as Salsa, bachata, zumba and ballet. In my experience going to this gym it's been satisfying to treat with a friendly group of professionals. Carpark it's available for all customers free of charge. 5 stars given.

        A small space but all the gym equipment you need is there. Can be tight when working out but a friendly atmosphere.
