Absolutely bias and very unprofessional work. due to my consistency of showing evidence and true Knowledge facts I actually managed to beat the cafcass report. The case worker she totally took sides of the case making her to look so dumb with herself at court as her report was partial and not even investigating the case for the best interest for my son. Im so happy I had a judge read the all statements in to the detail and challenge her the case worker with just one paragraph of her report. I didnt even need to cross examine her, She been dismissed from my case and this time the judge required someone else and actually take physical visits to be able to have an opinion of the case fingers cross she or he dont screw up again. I really loved the judge views and interests of my case for once justice has been served and recognised. Cafcass at this moment not even one star deserves from me I only did one due to the reason Im not able to post my feed back.

Really poor service, got my children took off me for a year due to believing lies even though I had joint custody of two children from a previous relationship. Second time disregarded what I'd said.

Ive seen all the negative comments on this page and I have got to say I had an altogether different experience. The officer assigned to my case was superb. She spent time getting to know my son who has ASC and took all this into account when they wrote the report for court. They fully recognised the behaviour of the other parent and this was documented fully in the report. In court they were professional, delivering the evidence in a professional manner. The evidence was damning for the other parent, and through their own behaviour in court and my evidence the Judge (who was also excellent) saw the truth and awarded custody of my son to me without reservation. I have been to court 13 times in the last 8 years, been let down by the judges, CAFCASS and other agencies who failed to read the case, or simply didnt care what happened. This time around justice was done, and CAFCASS provided the pivotal evidence which produced this result. I will be eternally grateful

This organisation doesnt even deserve one star, biased rude and cancelling appointments without letting one-party know. Completely turned my life upside down.
