Tryed to claim as work dropped off at Christmas. Then after new year my dad was put on end off life care so I did fail to attend an appointment as I was at his bedside didnt want him to die one his own. While he was dieing I was on the internet finding new work. person I talked to was compassionate said they would allow me some time my dad passed they made an appointment on the day off his funeral which off course I couldnt attend. Then I got a job was told that they couldnt pay me any money what was due untill I taken my id in so I did. Explained Id got a job. Then was told I had to attend another meeting before I would get any help. Missed that meeting as was still struggling with loss and trying to start job. I went in Saturday just gone to be told as I have a job and earning a fair bit lady was unhappy that Id got angry on some off journal messages. I had no money used all overdraft and credit cards was having to walk into hospital. Had no food was at end off my tether. The womans attitude was horrendous wasnt happy that I was earning. She then forced me to close account as Im now working never mind Id had no money for nearly 3 months. Even tho it stated in the journal that I was due a payment in feb but never got the payment. They closed the account so I cant enter into it so I can complain regarding treatment I had. Id like to know where the 2months off money has gone. Still can not believe the attitude off the lady she was rude inconsiderate never mind patronising. How she got s job beyond me. Especially in customer service.

Both helpful and unhelpful staff. If you are a few minutes late, the desk staff downstairs let you in, however your work coach will mark you as FAILED TO ATTEND. If you are classed as late the downstairs desk shouldn't let people through. Otherwise the staff are happy to help you with any queries.

Rude behavier .they didn't helps .they confused me on my oppinment .the lady was rude to me .she knows i can't speak in english .

Horrible place. The staff are surly rude and unhelpful. I know this place not as a customer thankfully but as a contractor who has worked for them and heard first hand the way they talk about the service users. There really is no place for this kind of behaviour
