        If you want to have a successful independent business I would suggest being at least polite to your customers. Rather than shoot down what theyre saying and accuse them of lying and damaging a product. Could tell the owner really wasnt happy to help unlike their assistant who understood where I was coming from and what I was asking. Not a good idea to have an attitude with customers who have a reasonable issue. The product was in the exact condition it was when bought as couldnt be used and was accused of damaging it in the two days it had not been worn. Got no where with the matter as the owner let their unreasonable manner get in the way. Would not recommend purchasing from them unless youd like to be belittled.
