I had 5 knives which had belonged to my grandmother dating probably from the 1930s. No value to anyone else but precious to me. Used on a daily basis the handles had finally given up the ghost after being put in the dishwasher to many times. Day and Co were so helpful and replaced the handles for me. They will now probably last another 60 odd years. They look fantastic and wont be going anywhere near the dishwasher again!!! Thank you so much.

I used R P Day's on-line service to re-plate some EPNS cutlery. Their admin was very efficient, responding promptly following submission of my on-line form; and then they followed up with payment and postal details, etc. Most important of all, the actual re-plating was beautifully done, with all the cutlery returned promptly and looking like new. All-in-all an excellent, efficient service by them. Thank you.

our silver spoons were is poor condition. They are now fully back to looking brand new. Wish we had tried the firm sooner!!
