James was very knowledgeable and helped my wife decide on the best violin for her, we felt very relaxed and wasn't pressured in to anything. The whole process from contacting Jane's through to purchase was very easy and stress free. I highly recommend Elagance Music.

Amazing shop - went in looking for a violin for my son and James was knowledgeable and so engaging with our 7 year old son and made him feel so comfortable. If we lived closer we would have looked to go back for lessons as well.

Fantastic Service. My Grandson Leo and I recently purchased a Ukulele from Elegance Music. After visiting several other music shops in Sheffield, we were lucky enough to visit Elegance Music. All of the staff and especially James, the co owner were a pleasure to deal with. James was very friendly, professional and helpful. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and gave us lots of options and great advice. They had a huge range to choose from to suit every budget. Very rarely do you get service this good. I cannot praise them enough and 100% recommend you visit them.
