I have nothing but praise for the care and support from everyone at the surgery. My elderly mum has needed urgent care recently in very challenging times, this has been organised as quickly as they could and with compassion. Thank you!

some staff at this practice are great and go above and beyond , other staff have a issue and huge misconceptions and predjudices surrounding Autism and patients who are Transgender. one doctor sat 6 feet away and refused to conduct a physical examination of me few days later their refusel to examin me for an issue that could of been resolved with antibiotics resulted in being admitted to hospital to have the cyst surgecly removed , amist the covid 19 pandemic . and not understanding that patients with autism have some communication issues , and falsley lableying these patients as patients who are verbally abusive or get frustrated and write them warning letters with threats to discharge them. and not having a correct priocess in place to safely store your forcefully recorded medical appiontments and the surgery is under investigation from the ICO for breaches relating to security of patients private medical information , and the doctors responsible have been reported to the GMC . This GP shows the exact resons why Autistic people and Transgender people face barriers when trying to access normal medical care and treatment .
