Absolute waste off time this place trying to get an appointment is like trying to get an audience with the Pope, It would help if one of the numerous secretaries would actually answer the phone

I am unable to call on the day to make an appointment & require one booked in advance. I was told this is not possible. Clearly it is possible, I've been doing it for years & it's not unreasonable either. They have just adopted an insane booking system where you must phone about 50+ times on the day from 8.30am until you are lucky enough to get through, then you get an arbitrarily timed appointed. If you are lucky you might get a Dr you know. This is not something I can do.

Would help if you are able to get through in 10 minutes 67 calls later and still not got through. Not good.....

Absolute joke, don't cater for people that have to go to work I have 1 day off a week been ringing since 8:29 and been line busy since 8:45 they shouldn't even be answering phones till 8:30, bloody rediculous this place!
