I have been asked to call by 830am to book an appointment but sadly the line is always busy and once you are fortunate to get through, you will be informed that they fully booked. This centre is a shame and complete disgrace.

This surgery has become a joke since being taken over by the clover group. The level of competence is beyond words. If I could give it a zero rating I would.

worst surgery my son had vaccine appointment.they have told the patient cancelled the appointment,which I didn't I even took a day off my work,got my son out of nursery.i told them that I didn't cancelled my appointment then they say you chiled must be three and seven month to have vaccines,then I checked on NHS website its a big lie because chiled must 3.4 months to get preschool vaccine .worst place ever

Zero stars should be available for reviewers who experience hurrendous service. The receptions are so incompetent that they make you so angry and frustrated adding more stress to an already stressful situation of trying to get help for health! No one rings the docs for fun. I will never understand why all appointments go within 10 mins of opening. Charlie, Jeanette and Tracey need extreme training.. if you cant do the job DONT do it at all. Youre risking peoples lives and health! Feel like they want to P you off so they can take you off the register

Literally struggle to fathom the level of incompetence from this practice. Not only have I experienced poor service from this practice but also everyone of my family members who are also registered here. Even to get a basic prescription correct, I have had to ring several times only to be told its not our error, its the doctors - are you not part of the same practice. Yes its done now- go to pharmacist no its not here or its wrong. This surgery have been sitting on a letter for surgery since July but apparently its my fault because I cant ring everyday to speak to a doctor - Ive rang everyday this week and guess what you cant get an appointment. Defensive receptionist who think they are somehow medically trained, defensive manager defending an extremely poor service and locum gps who frankly could care less. Will finally move gps, disappointed in myself for remaining with this practice - it was in the hope they would get better even by a bit but unfortunately theyve got even worse.
