Just-Boilers Nationwide Ltd

Just-Boilers Nationwide Ltd were sent to my property as subcontractors for WarmZilla to fit a new boiler. They left my property without heating since they had not wired in the thermostat. When asked for explanation they said, and I quote, "I don't know how to do it, I am not an electrician". Also, when connecting the domestic hot water pipe to the boiler, they forced the connection even if the pipes were misaligned and damaged the inlet valve of the new boiler, which started leaking a few hours after they left my property. Another engineer had to come twice to my property to redo all the electrical connections, wire in the thermostat, install a missing DHW expansion kit and replace the damaged valve (it had been tightened to the point that the "olive" seal could no longer be removed). Note that, until the issues above were resolved by the second engineer, the boiler manufacturer refused to activate the boiler warranty. Lastly, Just-Boilers did not restore any of the damages that were done to the external bricks of the property and internal kitchen tiles and they severely stained the wall and the kitchen cupboards in proximity of the boiler. I would definitely not recommend their services.

My boiler broke and I put a request in through the just-boilers website after a recommendation. The guys were due to have a day off because it was so hot, but they went out of their way to help me out and install a new one for me. The price was good. The boiler is fine. Sound lads to talk to and cleaned up totally behind them. Highly recommended from me.

Just boilers fitted my new combi boiler the next day after I got an online quote! The price was very good and they even gave me a free magnacleanse. The installers were so helpful and took the time to walk me through how my new boiler and controls worked. They were very polite and friendly and couldnt do enough to help me, they left my house neat and tidy afterwards. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a boiler replacement, thank you!
