I Moved Home to Sheffield 12 years ago. After 30 years away. I found Lee on the Sheffield forum. He was amazing. My children were young. He went over and above that awful winter 2010. And brought me a part for the boiler late at night. I have used him ever since. For all electrical and plumbing etc. I can definitely recommend .

One of Priority Home Services' engineers came to fix a dripping elbow joint (mains water into our flat) and a couple of weeks later we had a major flood from the joint which destroyed three rooms of carpets, cost us a huge amount in electricity for running dehumidifiers and a lot of stress. An emergency plumber came to stop the leak (not Priority Home Services) and he told us in his professional opinion the HDPE pipe wasn't pushed into the joint properly when it had been reassembled. Priority Home Services refused to accept it was their responsibility, but came to replace the elbow joint and gave us 50% of the emergency call out fee (as a gesture of 'good will'). I contested till I was blue in the face as I was certain, with the opinions of other plumbers, that it was a mistake by Priority's engineer when he refitted the joint (we would've accepted a mistake originally, everyone's human, and happily agreed to a fair compensation deal). Lee, the owner of PHS, insisted that it wasn't an error and the joint failed over time. I have the original joint and have *just* found the HDPE off-cut from when PHS later replaced the joint. In my opinion, with this I can categorically prove that the joint hadn't been refitted correctly (the nut to tighten it was not full tight), as I suspected all along. We understand engineers make mistakes, and don't resent that, it's the total denial of responsibility which is the true reflection of Priority Home Services which we hope this review will help if you chose to consider this company for any kind of plumbing work.
