Rustic Land

Whilst the fabrication and workmanship is to a good standard, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend Rusticland to anyone. The item I purchased was a reclaimed oak table and two benches - upon delivery I realised immediately they had not sent me what I expected at all. When I contacted them to resolve the issues I had, their customer service hasn't been great. I have received very little communication whilst trying to out issues with the item, their interaction with me has been limited and you can rarely get hold of them via phone or email. My item was delivered in Monday, its now Friday and I still haven't resolved my issues and can't get hold of them. Firstly, I ordered two benches and a table with assurance that the benches would slide underneath the table. When the table arrived, the benches are the exact same size as the gap in between the legs, which of course means the benches don't slide under the table as promised. Secondly, the image on the website shows a rustic and nature finish to the table and benches I selected, but what arrived was a highly lacquered item, which is not what I wanted and it is certainly not based on the description of the item on their website (potential trades description act breach!!). I strongly recommend double checking what it is that you have ordered with Rusticland to ensure you receive the items you actually want.

Very happy with this table. Beautiful, sturdy, great quality. No problems with delivery. A few weeks lead time between ordering and delivery which is completely expected and acceptable for an item like this. I considered various tables from a well known Swedish retailer (from whom I got the stools) which I could have got much more quickly but they weren't all that much cheaper and not nearly as good as this. Very glad I waited and went for this table.

We could not have asked for a better customer service or quality of table for our new kitchen diner. We asked for a 2.4m solid wood table with a light handed finish so we could see the wood grain - we chose driftwood stain and it really is beautiful. A real centre piece for the whole family to enjoy.
