Do not hesitate to use this company. The Thames chair we chose was very comfortable and functional. The assistance Tom offered was second to none. Nothing was a bother and we were kept informed each step of the chair's build. One very happy customer here.

If you are looking for a quality ,bespoke product,manufactured in the UK by a family run business that offer great service and value for money then look no further. I happened across this company when I did a Google search for reclining chairs for my Mothers 90th birthday . My initial enquiry was responded to with utmost efficiency in a phone call from Tom and with his expertise and guidance we soon selected a chair and fabric ,ordered and delivered like a brand new baby. At the grand age my Mum is she is not easily pleased but she is over the moon with her gift and said it was the best present she could have recieved. From my perspective nothing has been too much effort from this company and Tom in particular. I would 100% buy from them again and really can't reccomend them highly enough. Thank you so much

The most uncomfortable chair Ive ever had and, by far the most expensive. The arms are so hard they hurt my elbows. It creaks as it rises and lowers. Also very disappointed that it doesnt fully recline. A wheel fell off a few weeks ago and despite informing them, I have received no response
