Absolutely shocking service from RCC furniture. Matthew (who I'm assuming is the owner) was vile to speak to on the phone. They clearly lied about our order being ready to deliver when I questioned them about a date for delivery. They gave us 48hrs notice to reschedule work and subsequently failed to deliver on 2 consecutive days. When asked the issue, the van had broken down on both days (convenient?). When Matt reads this I suppose he will say it was unforseen circumstances but I would ask to be shown the proof of the delivery schedule for our order as apparently it takes 2 weeks to render a route. I also would ask to be shown proof of the van being fixed on both separate occasions. Like I said, absolutely shocking service. I honestly would give them less than 1 star but it's not possible. Thankfully we got our money back and can buy from a more reliable company who won't bare face lie when asked awkward questions. In short - horrendous communication, extremely rude and obnoxious owner/manager who clearly has far too much money to care and big fat liars. Read the 1 in 5 horrendous reviews before purchasing and know consumer rights for when they decide they don't want to serve you any more. Service: Custom furniture

Visited showroom looking for Industrial dining furniture ....good range of sizes and finishes, Ideally wanted other items to match, which they will make to order.

Approach with caution! Awful business to deal with. Table frames covered in black grease, timber covered in brown wax which marked anything that touched it. RCC were disinterested and thought it was ok. Took many months to get a replacement. After threatening legal action. Update After posting this honest review, we were called and emailed by RCC and asked to change it as they seemed to think it was very unfair. Apparently 4 and a half months, numerous emails and calls to finally get what you paid for is good service. We have never had anything close to an apology for delays. I would use the words patronising and confrontational if asked to describe their customer care.
