Bedroom and bathrooms are spacious and modern. However, when you move in its likely that the room will have a lot of stains on the walls/ carpet but they tend to redecorate the room after a few months. The decorators usually stay for a week but usually spend only a few hours in each room. The cleaners do a poor job of cleaning your room before your arrival. From toenails on the floor to thick clumps of hair in the shower drain. The maintenance team were always helpful and very efficient. maintenance issues would be solved within a few days Gatecrasher has a major problem with silverfish on every floor and block- I would find these daily, despite the bug repellent provided by the staff. Another problem is complete lack of ventilation in the kitchens due to the kitchen windows barely opening - this means that even with an extractor running when cooking your clothes will STINK. It can get noisy due to people playing music but this is to be expected- the walls are very thin, to the point that conversations can be heard. Its easy to get parcels delivered here, however the entrance gates are often left open and parcels are susceptible to being stolen. The gym is basic, but that is expected. The games room and study area and in the same area, which makes the study room almost pointless as people often make lots of noise in the area. All of the equipment in the games room is damaged and in disrepair.

Never ever stay in this property. Moved in here in September and the unprofessionalism of both reception team and security staff make me count the days till the contract finishes.

trash accommodation. Wifi is slow. Drilling/work noise all night coming from rooms below
