My sisters and I was absolutely devestated by the passing of our father, we hadnt lost a parent before and didnt know where to start in some ways with such a painfull loss, we contacted coop funeral care and they was remarkable from the off. Vic and his team bought us so much comfort and support, the ladies in the office absolutely lovely and supportive, but vic in particular has such a calming way about him, we felt felt he really cared and that brought us so much comfort knowing he was there on the day to support us. Needed a scattering tube for the next day as we ordered one and it didnt turn up and had one in stock and put the ashes in for me, such friendly and kind staff and will go out of there way for You, honestly so thankful

We would like to thank Vic and his team for arranging and supporting us through every aspect of my Mums funeral. The staff were very respectful and professional. All details were discussed with us carefully, our requirements met fully and the day itself was a great tribute to my Mum. Thanks again.
