Mum did not want a traditional Funeral and wanted a cremation only service which she asked us to arrange before her passing.
When looking into this I found the Cremation Only companies to be very impersonal. After contacting John Heath's and speaking with Emma directly she tailored mums cremation only service to what we as a family needed but still staying with Mums final wishes.
The day itself was obviously a sad occasion but we managed to still make it a family time to remember Mum and I can honestly say I truly believe we did her proud
If you or your loved ones are wanting a cremation only (or any other service) I seriously cannot fault John Heath's at Eckington. From the gentleman who collected Mum with such dignity and respect, but mainly for Emma for being there for myself and Dad especially when I had any daft questions and then for her quiet comfort on the day itself.
