After the tragic loss of my brother my sister popped into the funeral home and felt warm and welcome by enquiring here as been local to her and we found the experience fantastic. Through the tough times each and every staff member went above and beyond for us until the very last moment and left their doors always welcome. They helped my mum and sister feel very assured and very professional throughout. A very kind and amazing team, a great local funeral home. Thankyou from the bottom of ours hearts for helping us through this difficult time. I couldnt recommend more.

Amazing service. John at in loving memories recently took care of my dads funeral. John was very welcoming and understanding of our needs in terms of sorting the arrangements for the funeral. In a time where you are all over the place John made everything better with his affordable prices and helping us give the send off we wanted. Nothing seemed to be too much for John even offering to open early, late and on days off to cater for our needs. He kept us up to date with every step of the way. Thank you John for everything you have done for me and my family at this difficult time. I would 100% Recommend in loving memories.

Excellent professional service from start to finish, after having a nightmare with another funeral directors my daughter contacted John who said he would come & visit my brother & myself the next day which he did. He was very polite & so down to earth which made us feel completely at ease, hes such a nice guy & that helped a lot it was a comfort to know that at last our mum was going to get the service she had wanted. He showed us nothing but respect all the way through & did everything down to the very last detail just how we had hoped for it to be. the chapel of rest was so personal & comforting, we were not rushed & Johns wife Tina also showed us nothing but respect. What can I say! In loving memories is a relatively new business but John and his staff have decades of experience in the industry and it shows. From start to finish they have been nothing but professional and nothing is too much trouble. There is no " hard sell" and no pressure to upgrade, spend more money...in fact they do quite the opposite. There are not many businesses out there that will try to save you money, but John does. It's quite taboo to talk money when it comes to the funeral of a loved one but many people do not have the finances to back up an extravagant send off and John is very aware of this. He and his team guided me through the entire process, explaining everything thoroughly and informing me of costs along the way, I told him my wishes and everything was done as per my instructions. I was able to phone or call in at any point to visit my mum, they were always very welcoming, tea and biscuits on arrival and a chat if I needed to. Mum was cared for like she was one of the family, she was laid out beautifully and her appearance is exactly as I'd wanted her to look. Noone tells you what to do when you lose someone, my mum was my 1st major loss and I was clueless as to what to do. They made a terrible situation so much easier to bear and I'll be gorever grateful to them for that. Her service was flawless, the limousines were beautiful and the pallbearers/drivers were amazing. Such pride in delivery of service is rare in a society that chooses profit over professionalism. Thankyou so much to all if you for everything X
